September 2025

Dear Friends,

All I can say is, "Thank You!"
Your giving and prayers make this ministry possible. Every story here is fruit you share in—together we are advancing the vision of reaching the next generation with the hope of Christ.

It was a full month, and I logged a lot of miles!

In Manila, I joined leaders from 70+ nations united in the vision that every student will hear the gospel by 2035. In the same week, I heard of Charlie Kirk’s death and another school shooting. Life is fragile, and our world needs Christ’s peace. But revival is rising—God is moving among the next generation in ways I haven’t seen in decades.

Global

  • NXTMOVE Manila (Sept 6–14): 25 North American strategists; 70+ nations, all 11 regions of the world. Focus: belonging before function, prayer before strategy, obedience before results, passing the baton to the next generation. Our Global Goal: Every student will hear the gospel and have an opportunity to respond by 2035.  (Over half the world is under 30 years old, and the average age is 19 in Africa.)

  • Global Day of Prayer (SYATP – Sept 24): Hundreds of thousands, maybe well over a million students, parents, and leaders prayed worldwide. Highlights: Pre and post pole events were held, many came to Christ, and campus clubs and prayer groups were born. Friends I made in Manila increased our footprint.  A network of 90 leaders in Singapore led the way, and students were mobilized in Perth, Australia. We saw students take the lead, parents, educators and students join together in prayer, and the gospel shared in many different ways, and an unknown number coming to Jesus!

National

  • Webinar (Sept 25): as part of the Campus Alliance lead team, we Hosted 100+ U.S. leaders with top strategist presentations.

  • Interlinc Bible Study: Published study on World on Fire (For King and County, SYATP anthem).

Texas

  • CYC State Coordinator: Continuing in that role while seeking replacement.

  • Harlingen Training (Sept 20): Led three-network Jesus Focused Youth Ministry training, preached next morning.

  • Regional Visits: Spring & College Station networks encouraged.

  • Wichita Falls (Sam Powers, North Texas NNYM strategist): After Pole rally: 67 decisions, 30 salvations.

Local

  • Dayton, Texas: Spoke at a 5-church rally where 7 received Christ and 3 surrendered to ministry.

  • Clark Intermediate, Spring, Texas: I spoke at their school, telling the story of See You at the Pole. The next week, 200+ students at Clark’s came to their first SYATP.

  • Houston: Launched new campus clubs with Ashley Jones & First Priority.

  • Bible Seminary Tour: Rich ministry conversations and family archaeological tour with Dr. Scott Stripling, lead archaeologist for the Shiloh dig.

These are more than numbers—they are answered prayers and proof revival is rising among the next generation worldwide.

“I have heard all about you, LORD. I am filled with awe by your amazing works. In this time of our deep need, help us again as you did in years gone by.” Habakkuk 3:2

To learn more about how we can raise up students who don’t just follow Christ but multiply their faith, I invite you to read my recent article published by the National Network of Youth Ministries.

Gratefully,
