Dear Friends,
As Giving Tuesday arrives, I want to thank you for being part of my ministry community. Some of you pray regularly, some encourage me, some partner financially, and many stay connected simply because you care about what God is doing in the next generation. However you are connected, I’m truly grateful for you.
This past year has been one of the most meaningful seasons of ministry I’ve experienced. From building new networks of youth pastors to strengthening long-standing partnerships to championing students as they boldly live out their faith, I’ve had a front-row seat to how God is stirring the next generation. And because of His faithfulness—and your prayers, encouragement, and partnership—we’ve seen real impact. Your involvement is part of every story, every connection, and every youth leader encouraged.
2025 Impact Snapshot
Hundreds of students reached through campus clubs, outreach, and mission trips.
Leadership multiplied: 150+ leaders equipped, 36 Texas networks strengthened, 11 new networks identified, and 9 area coordinators enlisted—fueling collaborative events, campus clubs, prayer efforts, evangelism training, and consistent student-to-student gospel sharing.
Lives transformed: Dozens came to Christ or responded to ministry callings.
Prayer shifting culture: 700+ prayer walks led to visible impact—one school even reported zero fights all year.
Statewide momentum: Accelerate Texas now has key leaders in nearly every region and 130+ strategist partners working together to reach students.
Resources released: Our Campus Connection team (Barry StClari, Chris Renzelman, Kevin Miles, and I) developed free online Gen Z and leadership tools to equip students and youth leaders locally and globally.
Global reach expanded through NxtMove Global initiatives in Manila and NxtMove DFW in Texas.
Recently, I received a letter from our CEO, Dr. Randall Davis, reflecting on the work happening in this ministry. His words were deeply humbling to me, and I’m grateful to serve in an organization that recognizes, encourages, and supports the calling God has placed on my life.
Today, on Giving Tuesday, I want to invite you to consider how God might lead you to partner—or continue partnering—with this work.
